Rogue

Finding and disabling traps and picking locks are the second and third main events of any dungeon crawl, so any party should have a rogue in their midst. Two is stretching it, though the splitting of who chooses which skills to max out can certainly make the task of having every base covered easier. Any more though and the party is asking for trouble.
